The Sales Manager leads the sales team to help achieve our sales and revenue growth targets. Oversees commercial aspect of sales team and monitors each member’s performance targets and manages their needs (resources and trainings).

• Managing, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of account executive.
• Creates and implements strategic sales plans that expands company’s customer base and ensure strong presence.
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales reports, business development pipeline and realistic forecasts to management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Ensures that sales team is knowledgeable and capable.
• Works with Business Development Managers.
• Training of sales members, develop entry level staff to valuable sales people.
• Stays updated with market trends and food industry news.
• Analyze sales data to identify current trends and address concerns as necessary.
• Prepare budget proposal for sales team
• Lead assigned initiatives related to improve profitability and value-selling strategy.
• Supports the Sales team & Company goals and assists Management in adhoc tasks & reports.

• College graduate with BS Major in Food Technology or any related course
• At least 5 years or more in the FOOD INDUSTRY
• Must have experience as a Sales Manager
• Must have experience handling a team
• Residing in Metro Manila
• Trainable and willing to start ASAP
