Act as a liaison between Castwide Inc., a leading consumer products company, and our key clients to foster long-term business relationships.
Understand client needs, negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.

Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree minimum.
Experience Level: Entry-level position, no previous experience required.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software, ability to manage multiple client accounts.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee and manage client accounts, ensure timely billing and support, address and resolve customer issues, build long-term client relationships.
Working Conditions: Office environment, full-time position, may require occasional travel for client meetings.
Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, proactive in client engagement, ability to work independently and in a team.
