Description
- Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing accounts for all regions.
- Preparation of contracts and proposals.
- Maintain customers profile report and follow up on leads.
- Establish good relationships and maintain quality service to clients at all times.
- Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Research the market opportunities and potential customer’s business.
- Provide booking and shipping details and coordinates with Export, Import and other Departments.
- Update Sales Manager / Country Manager on client’s demands, claims, problems, and requirements.
- Prepare weekly reports for submission to Sales Manager / Country Manager.
- Contribute to the strategy and execution for launch of new and focus products /lanes.
- Achieve year end targets.
- Handle collections, delivery of billings and documents when needed.
Requirements
- Has background experience in shipping/logistics/freight forwarding industry.
- 1 -3 years of experience
