Description

  • Identify and pursue new customer leads.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Present and demonstrate products effectively.
  • Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional strategies.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events as needed.

Requirement

  • Job Title: Sales Representative
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant sales experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in public speaking, negotiation, and customer relationship management; adept in cold calling, sourcing, presentation skills, and lead generation; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Identify potential clients, present products, negotiate deals, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily in a standard office environment with occasional travel for client meetings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Outgoing, persuasive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
