Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation strategies. Build a robust sales pipeline and manage leads through the sales funnel.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and pain points to offer tailored solutions that drive business results.
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Present products or services to clients through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and product demonstrations. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of the company’s offerings.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients and close sales deals. Prepare and present sales contracts, proposals, and agreements. Ensure that all terms and conditions are clearly outlined and understood by both parties.
Customer Service & Support: Provide excellent post-sale service to ensure customer satisfaction. Address any concerns or issues and work to resolve them in a timely manner. Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Research & Reporting: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to stay informed and adjust sales strategies. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, market developments, and customer feedback.
Sales Targets & KPI Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Track performance metrics and ensure that sales goals are consistently met.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service, product teams) to ensure a seamless client experience and optimize the sales process.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the company’s CRM system.
Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 6 months of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. Previous experience in [industry or product type] is a plus.
