Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure optimal product placement and merchandising in stores to attract customers and drive sales.
  • Actively engage with customers to promote our products and provide information about features and benefits.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or customers promptly and effectively

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in sales, preferably in retail but not required.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the products and industry is a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel to client stores.
