• Assist in the development, setup, and closure of projects, providing critical support to Project Managers in establishing and refining project management tools and products.
• Contribute to the monitoring and control of project progress and performance for Plans and Programs, ensuring alignment with established goals and timelines.
• Support the Head of the Project Management Office (PMO) and other senior management personnel by addressing information requests from Top Management and other Business Units.
• Assist in identifying potential risks and issues related to delivery forecasts, and propose mitigating strategies to the Head of the PMO.
• Provide organizational and administrative support for internal meetings and events, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
• Contribute to project closure activities, including the disposal of project assets, final reporting, and updating or uploading relevant information and materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Proven expertise in project management with a strong ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while ensuring timely project completion.
• Proficiency in various computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and databases.
• Willingness to work in Cupang, Muntinlupa.
