Description

  • Provide information regarding product features, pricing and availability
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of furniture pieces
  • Persuade customers to make purchases by highlighting the unique selling points of products; Close sales deals and process payments
  • Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently. Provide after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in the resolution of any product-related issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the showroom’s furniture collection and inventory.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales executives and team members.
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirement

  • Must have at least 1 year of proven work experience in Sales
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or other related field
  • Background/experience in furniture industry is a plus
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and other sales software programs
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Must be fluent in Kapampangan dialect
