Job Qualifications

-2–3 years of ICT pre-sales or technical experience.

-Strong understanding of networking fundamentals.

-CCNA-level knowledge or equivalent networking experience is preferred.

-Familiarity with ICT/networking vendor product lines.

-Experience in preparing technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for customers.

-Customer-oriented with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

-Willing to conduct client visits and participate in field activities when required.

-Knowledge of data center and security solutions is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

-Conduct client discovery and technical qualification of opportunities.

-Understand customer requirements and translate them into appropriate ICT solutions.

-Develop technical solutions and proposals based on client needs and project requirements.

-Prepare technical presentations, solution designs, BOMs, and proposals.

-Support the sales team during client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.

-Provide technical explanations and demonstrations of proposed solutions.

-Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with available products.

-Prepare clear and accurate technical briefs and solution documentation for the Sales team.

-Participate in site surveys and technical assessments when required.

-Assist in solution costing and ensure proposed solutions meet project specifications and requirements.

-Stay updated on ICT technologies, networking solutions, and vendor product offerings.

-Focus on security and data center solutions and identify opportunities where these technologies can provide value to clients.
