Qualifications
- Graduate of Engineering, Architecture, or any related field
- Possesses a strong fieldwork mindset and is willing to work on-site and engage with clients
- Sales experience, particularly in the construction industry, is an advantage
- Confident and proactive in interacting with clients and building professional relationships
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits within assigned areas (Villages, Subdivisions, Barangays)
- Identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects
- Perform site-to-site coverage to maximize area penetration
- Introduce and explain company products (Roofing, ACP, WPC, PVC, etc.)
- Conduct on-the-spot product pitching and demi using samples
- Distribute brochures, catalogs, and sample materials
- Develop strong relationships with site personnel, contractors, and small developers
