Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between technical requirements and commercial solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Promote and present company products and services to customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements and specifications.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations when necessary.
• Track project progress and monitor payment schedules in accordance with contract terms to ensure timely collection.
• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• With experience in sales, construction, engineering, or related industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledgeable in technical products, project coordination, and client management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software applications.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
• Willing to travel for client visits and business meetings.
