Sales Engineer-FRIMEC PHILIPPINES

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC equipment including chillers, AHUs, and related systems

• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts including contractors, consultants, developers, and facility managers

• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers for clients

• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with consultants and clients

• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams for equipment selection and project requirements

• Monitor project pipelines and follow up on ongoing quotations and tenders

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management

• Assist in brand and product promotion in the Philippine market

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or account management specifically within the HVAC/R industry.

Technical Proficiency: Must be able to explain the mechanics of AHUs, Chillers, and VRF systems to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills: Strong negotiation prowess, professional presentation skills

Other: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
