The Sales & Marketing Officer/Sales Engineer responsible for advertising elevator and escalator goods and services, generating leads, and assisting with sales growth. The position focuses on business development in the government, building management, real estate, and construction industries, among others. Clear KPIs, such as lead generation, conversion rate, and sales contribution, are used to gauge performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate qualified leads from developers, contractors, consultants, and building owners

• Promote elevator and escalator products and services.

• Preparing technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations

• Conduct regular client visits, site inspections, and project coordination

• Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities

• Support sales team in achieving revenue targets and pipeline growth

• Ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries, RFQs, and project bids

• Maintain accurate CRM records and client database and pipeline updates

• Coordinate with technical, engineering and other department for project requirements
