Job Summary

The HVAC Sales Engineer is responsible for identifying business opportunities, promoting HVAC products and services, preparing technical proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships. The position combines technical expertise and sales skills to achieve business growth while providing excellent customer support.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC systems and services.

• Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and technical presentations.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, cost estimates, and bid documents.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Provide technical support and after-sales service to clients.

• Review project requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.

• Experience in HVAC sales, business development, or engineering is preferred.

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and related equipment.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage.

• Experience in B2B sales is preferred.

• Willing to conduct fieldwork, client visits, and business development activities.
