MC Group is looking for a Sales Engineer to join our growing team. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional with experience in technical sales, engineering solutions, and procurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting industrial valves and related products, developing strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering technical solutions that meet customer requirements across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell industrial valves and related engineering solutions to clients in the industrial, manufacturing, power, water, oil & gas, and infrastructure sectors.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and technical solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, bid documents, and commercial offers.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to address client needs and provide engineering support.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure the timely sourcing, procurement, and delivery of products.
• Assist in procurement and purchasing activities, including supplier sourcing, request for quotations (RFQs), price evaluation, and purchase order coordination.
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure the successful execution of customer requirements and projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer or any related engineering field
• 1–2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably involving industrial valves, piping systems, pumps, or industrial equipment.
• Experience in procurement or purchasing is highly preferred.
• Previous work experience with a power generation company or power plant is a distinct advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project coordination.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
