Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for customers to help them understand product benefits.
- Identify opportunities in industrial automation, SCADA, HMI, MES, DCS, and enterprise IT environments.
- Develop account plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for presenting products effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and sales contracts.
- Gather feedback from customers to enhance product features and functionalities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Problem-solving ability and technical aptitude
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented mindset and teamwork capability
