GENERAL SALES AND SERVICE ENGINEER

We are looking for a motivated, technically skilled, and results-driven General Sales and Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, assisting clients with technical requirements, developing new business opportunities, and providing reliable after-sales support.

Job Responsibilities

Promote and sell the company’s products, equipment, and services.

Identify prospective clients and develop new business opportunities.

Provide technical and sales support for general merchandise products.

Handle sales, technical consultation, and client coordination for water treatment systems.

Support business development and client servicing for property management solutions.

Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate products, equipment, or services.

Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.

Conduct client visits, technical discussions, product presentations, and site inspections.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Follow up on quotations, client inquiries, project requirements, and service concerns.

Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Technical, and other internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Assist with installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales service when required.

Monitor ongoing sales, projects, deliveries, installations, and service requests.

Perform other sales, technical, and field-related duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications

Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related technical course.

A valid professional engineering license is an advantage but not required.

Preferably with experience in technical sales, equipment sales, field service, project coordination, or business development.

Knowledge of water treatment systems, pumps, electrical equipment, industrial machines, property management services, or general merchandise is an advantage.

Able to understand technical specifications, drawings, product manuals, and equipment requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, sales, and customer-service skills.

Resilient, patient, persistent, and capable of working effectively under pressure.

Willing to conduct client visits, fieldwork, site inspections, installation, and troubleshooting.

Hardworking, responsible, trustworthy, committed, and results-oriented.

Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Must be able to drive a motorcycle and a four-wheel vehicle.

Willing to perform other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
