Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
• With at least 3-4 years sales experience, preferably on Information systems products and proven track record in achieving sales target.
• Willing to do field work.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Can work with minimal supervision, highly analytical, dedicated,resourceful and proactive.

Main Responsibilities:

Key Accounts Development:

1. Develop key accounts relationships across enterprise and government accounts
2. Focus on the business drivers and needs, and win key projects
3. Organize and deliver product presentations for prospects and customers
4. Ensure proposals describe the best solutions for client’s specific business problems
5. Lead virtual account teams in finalizing and implementing RFI’s, RFP’s and orders

Business Development:   

1. Actively participate in industry associations, conferences, and seminars to develop the market eco-system and establish Pronet as thought leaders
2. Conduct tactical programs to develop brand and fuel lead generation
3. Maintain the absolute confidentiality of work-related issues, company records and information; Assures compliance with the Non-Disclosure Agreement.
