Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, strong communication skills, and an interest in working closely with customers to provide suitable technical solutions.

This role is a great opportunity for an engineer who would like to develop their career in technical sales, while gaining valuable experience in customer relations, product applications, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and explain products, equipment, and technical solutions to customers and prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend products or solutions that best meet their needs.
• Work closely with customers, engineers, and the sales team to address technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist in evaluating equipment needs and preparing basic system specifications based on customer requirements.
• Provide technical and sales support throughout the sales process to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding product orders, delivery schedules, and other sales-related requirements.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Assist customers in identifying suitable equipment upgrades or alternative solutions as their needs develop.
• Support the team in exploring new products, applications, and opportunities for product improvement.
• Perform other related duties as needed to support the sales and engineering team.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
2. At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a technical or engineering-related industry.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
5. Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
6. Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of products, applications, and industry requirements.
7. Organized, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
8. PRC license is not required. Candidates with either an active or inactive license are welcome to apply.
