- Mainly responsible for answering customer question through online chats on FB, IG, Email, texts
- Handling and providing resolution of customer complaints (with the assistance of Maintenance and Repairs team and Sales Team)
- Working with Maintenance and Repairs team to schedule repairs if any, and informing client of charges before dispatching team (if past warranty period)
- Real time sending of quotations , then sending final contract to Order Management Admin for implementation and filing
- Responsible for coordinating with warehouse team to check availability of stocks, as well as checking available parts for both sales and repair
- Processing of service and repair request from distributors and end users, then coordinating with Order Management Admin and warehouse for implementation
- Assist in Facilitating shipping and trucking for distributors and provincial clients, in tandem with Order management admin.
- Responsible for making sure all transactions are properly turned over with correct division (Order Management, Warehousing, Mall Sales, Distributor)
- Make sure all pending and customer cases must be closed within the day
- Responsible for escalating and following up on open cases
- Supervising, mentoring and training Interns (when available) to respond to inquiries 5pm-9pm daily and Saturdays and Sundays
- Any assigned given task by management
