Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Engineering courses or with relevant experience in field work;
• With at least 3 years of related work experience;
• Willing to do field work around Pasig and Carmona, Cavite.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts, including contractors, builders, distributors, and project clients.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the insulation and construction market.
• Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and pricing negotiations.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct site visits and product presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
