    • Strong understanding of technical concepts, such as software, hardware, or industrial systems.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to translate complex technical information into simple, customer-focused terms.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
    • Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude.
