The Project Director is responsible for leading the company's property sales operations by developing sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving revenue and sales targets. The role oversees the entire sales process, from market planning and lead generation to client acquisition, negotiations, and closing of property sales. The Project Director works closely with senior management to drive business growth and maximize project profitability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve the company's property sales and revenue objectives.
  • Build, recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales organization.
  • Establish sales targets, performance metrics, and incentive programs for the sales team.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase property sales.
  • Lead the sales team in prospecting, client presentations, negotiations, and closing transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, property buyers, brokers, agents, and corporate clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to support business decisions.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, pricing recommendations, and sales contracts.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses for executive management.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support project launches and sales campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in real estate or property sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership experience in building and managing successful sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
