Responsibilities:

• Supervise, monitor, and support staff assigned in the region.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and labor standards.
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower allocation, and operational requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact between employees, clients, and the head office.
• Conduct regular visits to assigned sites to monitor performance and resolve concerns.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports on regional activities and performance.
• Assist in recruitment, orientation, and training of field employees when necessary.
• Handle escalated concerns, customer feedback, and urgent operational issues.

Qualifications:

• • At least 3-5 years of experience in coordination, operations, or supervisory roles.
• • Ability to work under pressure
• • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
• • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
