Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Set and monitor sales, productivity, and operational targets.
• Conduct regular branch/site visits and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees to improve performance.
• Monitor attendance, staffing, and employee scheduling.
• Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues.
• Review sales, inventory, financial, and performance reports.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with managers, HR, finance, and other departments.
• Prepare regular reports regarding branch performance and operational issues.
