Sales Coordinator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Biñan Laguna. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing sales operations, coordinating with clients, and offering exceptional customer service. This role involves ensuring smooth communication between departments, preparing sales reports, maintaining records, and tracking orders. The Sales Coordinator will also assist in resolving customer inquiries and providing relevant information regarding products and services.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Experience and expertise in Sales Coordination and understanding of Sales Operations
• Strong Customer Service skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to collaborate effectively and maintain professional relationships
• Familiarity with Sales processes, strategies, and tools
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
