• Accommodate customers’ inquiries by telephone and email.
• Provide price quotation to customers.
• Prepares purchase orders for suppliers.
• Follow-up calls/email to confirm order and delivery dates.
• Ensures accuracy and timely processing of purchase orders by coordinating with suppliers.
• Input sales orders to the SAP system and ensure that orders are processed in line with the customer’s delivery requirements.
• Maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
• Handles customer complaints.

Salary will depend on work experience

• Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be computer-literate
• Above-average communication skills
• Fast & Self-motivated learners, and able to work independently
• With SAP experience, it is an advantage
• Proficient in computer software applications (MS Outlook, Excel, Word)
• With experience in P.O. and quotations to suppliers.
• With knowledge and experience of PEZA processing and documentation is an advantage
