• Assist customers with inquiries and provide knowledgeable information about Ultraplas Corporation's industrial products and services.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets through proactive client outreach and follow-ups.
• Maintain an organized sales floor and ensure all materials are stocked and displayed neatly.
• Process transactions and handle cash accurately for sales orders.
• Contribute to team goals in a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial supply environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in sales or a customer service position.
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working Conditions: 7:30AM - 4:30PM, Mondays-Saturdays
