Description

  • Act as a liaison between sales team and clients in heavy equipment industry.
  • Support sales team by managing schedules, creating sales documents and proposals.
  • Coordinate logistics and delivery of heavy machinery for HAKATA POWER MACHINERIES INC.
  • Track sales targets, analyze data, and report to management.
  • Provide customer service and manage client relationships post-sale.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a sales support or coordination role preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate sales team activities, manage schedules, create reports, and provide administrative support to sales representatives.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, may require overtime during peak sales periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, team player with a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
