Minimum of 3–5 years of experience specifically within the direct selling, social commerce, or network marketing industry.

Must have proven sales in direct selling industry

Demonstrated success in field sales, recruitment, or previous experience managing a large sale organization (downline).

Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.

Ability to assess training needs and develop effective programs.

A contagious, positive energy that aligns with the company’s mission and values.

Designing and creating engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, workshops, role-playing scenarios, and e-learning modules.

Facilitating both individual coaching sessions and group training to new recruit and existing distributors on sales methodologies, sales productivity & management, product knowledge, and communication skills.

Working closely with sales leadership, marketing, and other departments to align training content with company goals and market trends.

Possesses a strong background in sales, above communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles
