Dental Assistant (With Sales Focus)
Job Summary: Assist dental team & patient care. Also handle sales, present treatments/plans, and close deals. Earn basic pay 18k + extra commission: ₱3,000–₱15,000/month, based on sales performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Help dentist during treatments & keep clinic clean
- Explain treatments & services to patients clearly
- Help patients choose plans — close sales professionally
- Track sales & update records
- Earn commission based on how well you sell
We Need Someone Who:
- Has dental assistant experience
- Is good at talking & selling — confident to close deals
- Is honest, friendly, and hardworking
- Accepts commission-based extra pay (₱3k–₱15k/month)
