In this customer-focused role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales support and advice to our clients, helping them find the perfect Hyundai vehicle to suit their needs.

What you'll be doing

• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of Hyundai vehicles
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial contact to final purchase
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to advise customers effectively
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to explain technical features in a simple, easy-to-understand manner
• A driven and competitive nature with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and holidays as required
