- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, understand their needs, and recommend products that meet their preferences.
- Drive sales by maintaining product knowledge, upselling, and ensuring the store meets revenue goals.
- Assist with store operations, including stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
