As a Sales Associate for Power Tools, you will be the go-to expert for customers seeking advice on a variety of tools, equipment, and accessories. You’ll help drive sales by providing expert product knowledge, assisting customers with their purchase decisions, and ensuring that they have a positive shopping experience. You will also maintain the store's displays, organize merchandise, and ensure that the store is well-stocked and welcoming.

• Previous experience in retail sales, ideally in hardware, tools, or a similar field.
• Strong interest in power tools, home improvement, construction, or DIY projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
• A customer-first attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Physical ability to lift and carry products and merchandise.
