Description
- Assist customers in the selection and purchase of products.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Organize and maintain the sales floor to enhance customer experience.
- Handle transactions and process returns efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in retail sales or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to suggest selling techniques to increase sales.
