1. Monitoring of Sales Production
2. Assist Sales Coordinator to ensure that the Sales Target will be delivered
3. Assist sellers/brokers on their Site Tripping and Sales Closing
4. Ensure the completeness of reservation requirements
5. Prepares Weekly, Monthly Sales Report and Sales Target
6. Conducts Move in Orientation to the future homebuyers
7. Assist buyers on House inspection (Punchlist)
8. Coordinates with Engineering Team regarding Buyer's House Complaints
9. Such other duties as may be determined by the Sales and Marketing Manager from time to time

Required Qualifications and Skills

1. Graduate of any business course
2. At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate or similar industry
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Knows how to speak and understand Kapampangan is a plus)
4. Strong problem-solving ability
5. Detail-Oriented with strong record-keeping ability
6. Familiarity with communication tools and software
7. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and can work under pressure
9. Will be assigned in Pampanga as stay-in and travels occasionally to Makati Head Office (Residing in Pampanga is a plus)
