- Handles online accounts (Email, Lazada, Website, Viber, WhatsApp) and attends to client phone inquiries.
- Accurately executes the end to end process of order fulfillment for online orders
- Prepares and submits weekly task progress report to the immediate supervisor/manager
- Updating inventories of the website and online sales platforms.
- Prepares DR, AR, and/or Invoices RFP for any deliveries arranged.
- Prepares outlet purchase order, barcode and tagging of price tags of outlet PO
- Conducts monthly outlets and Divan lounge inventory count.
- Check physical store inventory count against computerized records.
- Receiving Pull Out from outlets.
