Qualifications:

• Graduate of Marketing or any Business related field
• Must exhibit good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Computery Literacy
• Experience in customer service or other people-oriented field desired
• Exposure to Migrant insurance work in sales, marketing or training is an advantage, fresh graduate is welcome to apply (must be willing to learn and be trained).

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Negotiates and closes migrant accounts.
2. Monitors migrant related activities and production.
3. Conducts migrant insurance related orientations and presentations specially for big and prospective recruitment agencies/government to government hire accounts.
4. Attends to inquiries of prospective clients and agents concerning migrant insurance program.
5. Coordinates with the Franchising & Migrant Insurance Department on anything related to administration and other migrant-related matters.
