- Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and delivery orders (DO).
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requirements, and issues.
- Record customer opportunity data accurately in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in receiving and visiting customers, including providing translation support when needed.
- Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English or Chinese.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
- Possess a flexible mindset, strong learning ability, and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations.
