Sales Assistant

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
• With or without experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Good communication, selling, and negotiation skills
• Open to feedback

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Receive inquiry willingly and professionally
• Gather and record accurate/relevant inquiry details
• Provide clients the needed rate proposal promptly
• Provide solutions to the client’s concerns in a timely manner
• Keeps updated on the status, progress, and developments of the client’s project
• Active participation in all client transactions and meetings
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
• Record keeping of sales inquiry and income
• Documentation control
