Sales Admin Assistant

Nature and Scope:

Provides support and assistance to Visayas Sales Team

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides assistance to Cebu Technical Sales Associates (TSA) especially if they are on field
• Prepares quotations and submission of request (such as request for payment for office rental and utilities, stock withdrawal, canvass form, pull out form, etc.)
• Receives client calls and coordinates with TSA handling the account to address immediate concerns
• Assigned in monitoring and coordination of special letters for approval
• Assists in deliveries and pull outs from clients.
• Assists in deliveries and pick-ups
• Assists in collections and bank errands
• Assists in hotel bookings and flight schedule options in preparation of gameplan and monitoring of approval
• Prepares documents for Government Bidding (printing, tabbing and sealing) and Client Accreditation Requirements
• Summarizes Management Reports
• Updates monitoring link of Cash Advances & Request for Payment
• Prepares request for weekly office supplies, brochures, marketing collaterals and forms
• Prepares / Generate training certificates for seminars
• Maintains good housekeeping of the satellite office
