Office Staff

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and prospects through referrals, and online platforms
• Contact potential and existing customers and present our products and services
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers and close sales
• Follow up with customers and provide after-sales support
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and feedback
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and events
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Proven sales experience in a similar role or industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player
• Willing to travel as required
