Hiring: Sales & Marketing Officer (ONSITE)

Location: Quezon City near Welcome Rotonda (preferably travel time takes 1hr max)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong).
• 1-3 years of hands-on Digital Marketing
• Excellent Communication (Verbal and Written)
• Strong Understanding of Marketing Fundamentals
• Ability to effectively use AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity
• Proficient in Canva, Capcut or related video editor app
• Basic Management of Marketplace Shops and Shopify (Product Listing)
• Strong eye for design, layout, and storytelling
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Collaborate with team on campaigns and creative direction

What you’ll do:

• Produce strategy contents and copywriting in Marketplace Shops, Shopify, Social Media Accounts, Youtube, Pinterest
• Create and Execute Promotions, Discounts on Marketplace and Shopify
• Design and Build Email Marketing Flow
• Produce Ads Variations in Meta Ads
• Produce Catalog, Brochure, Posters, Decks, Visual Assets
• Basic Shoot and Edit Short-form Videos
