Description
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
- Assist in the training and development of sales staff to enhance performance.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Skills and Competencies: Public Speaking, Negotiation, Sales Support, Sales Training, Sales Management, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Customer Relationship Management, Teamwork
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
