Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and analytical Trade Marketing Officer to drive in-store visibility, promotional campaigns, and market presence. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that boost brand performance and drive product demand in trade channels.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in trade marketing, brand activation, or retail marketing
  • Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG industry is a plus
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for consumer behavior and market trends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute trade marketing activities aligned with brand strategies
  • Coordinate promotions, merchandising, and point-of-sale materials across various channels
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support campaign development
  • Work with the sales team to ensure alignment and support for field execution
  • Track and evaluate trade marketing program performance to optimize ROI
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and third-party partners
  • Monitor inventory levels for promotional items and ensure timely delivery to branches/stores.
