Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned clients.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable truck models and services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Parts, and Service Departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales concerns.
• Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts.
• Prepare account status reports and sales forecasts.
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments when required.

• Experience in account management, customer service, or related field
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
