Role and Responsibilities:

• Analyzes company's new market opportunities and conduct new product development and launch.
• Executes product and brand communication to ensure the right market positioning.
• Assesses competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation
• Coordinates with manufacturing and R&D to ensure smooth product availability. 
• Coordinates with sales and production to establish demand forecasting. 
• Analyzes customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships. Integrate consumer feedback into product design and enhancements.
• Monitors product quality, cost and pricing to easily identify opportunities for cost reductions and quality improvements
• Solves problems regarding products together with related departments.
• Improves product portfolios and marketing mix to help drive share, Net Sales and Profitability
• Provides technical information on supporting and testing.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
• 3 years of Senior Officer or Supervisory Role in product management and development, ideally in the home and construction industry
• ERP skills for inventory, pricing, orders, and reports
• Strong knowledge of product development from concept to launch.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to travel from time to time
