Job Objective

Directs and oversees the operations goals, policies and initiatives of assigned business unit. Establish a long-term client partnership and plan sales strategies. Ensures efficient and profitable operations, setting sales targets, managing inventory, and pricing items. They train and supervise staff, fostering a productive work environment.

 Duties and Responsibilities

• Implementation and execution of the mission, vision and objective of the business and organization. 
• Implement sales/collection strategies and action plans. 
• Ensure compliance and systems are upheld throughout operations.
• Provide relevant reports to the management including sales, collections, customers and other relevant information as required by the management.
• Leads, guides and trains sales personnel to achieve goals.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

   Job Requirements and Qualifications

• With at least two (2) year experience in sales as a supervisor & 1 year experience as sales agent.
• Well verse in sales process.
• With 1 year experience in handling food sales particularly frozen products in wet market or in any places is an advantage.
• Willing to work at night shift to observe, learn and get feedback from clients regularly.
• With strong interpersonal skills, good at convincing people positively.
• Easy to adapt, willing to learn the business with persistence and endurance. 
• Willing to go on different places and work on field on a regular basis especially in wet markets. 
• Ability to manage numbers and analyze data. Knowledgeable in KPI and an achiever.
• Living within the work location or nearby is an advantage.
• Has a sales monitoring system, is an advantage.
• Has a previous track record of at least 10M sales per month from the previous companies, is an advantage.
