Head of Sales and Marketing

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Head to lead our Sales and Marketing efforts. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to help hit teams’ targets, drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and increase sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Lead a team of sales and marketing/customer care professionals.
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive results.
• Set sales targets, manage budgets, and analyze data to drive top-line revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales/Marketing Director, Manager, Head or similar senior role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and team management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and sales data.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or any related field.
• Possesses a personal laptop for work purposes.
• A strong foundation in IT is an advantage.
