We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role offers the potential for promotion to a Supervisor position based on performance and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5–10 years of relevant sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with PEZA (Philippine Economic Zone Authority) processes and requirements
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships

Work Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Promote and sell the company's manufacturing products and services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with Production and Operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Participate in marketing activities, trade shows, and customer events.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
• Perform other sales and marketing duties as assigned.
